Fon, she is the visionary, the creator of Muban takeout. She’s thai but has lived in Denmark for 30 years. She has felt guilty not to share her Mama’s amazing recipes with the city of Copenhagen. A place that has been missing, a corner that offers real, traditional thai food, robbing people from the opportunity to taste the original and true cuisine.
Mursal is specialised in eating - every foodie knows exactly what this means. She isn’t thai herself but that’s more the reason to prove: you don’t need to be thai to love thai. She’s a lover of all sorts, most importantly: food, kitchen and people. Thailand is the land of smile - she makes sure to bring that warm welcome to every customer. She’s also a fierce believer that the best experience is an authentic experience served with love.
Muban translates to neighbourhood in thai. And what better way to get together than over a good meal shared with love.
Mama’s
Mamas, the queen of recipes. Born and bred in Thailand, her skillful and practised hands make a meal like no other. She cooks classic dishes in a way that honors her ancestors.
