Dutch apparel company REV鈥橧T have an absolute plethora of top quality riding gear, but for a recent Milan Vespa trip, I wanted something a little more casual. Enter the Worker, a basic, simple jacket that is far more than the sum of its parts.
The Worker is constructed using abrasion-resistant Cordura canvas and sports SEESMART CE-Level 1 armor on the shoulders and elbows. You can also fit a REV鈥橧T CE-level 2 back protector and join the jacket to a pair of the company鈥檚 jeans using the zipper and the REV鈥橧T! Safeway 2 belt. There鈥檚 also a back vent you can open to cool you down as the front doesn鈥檛 have an opening.

Rider analysis
I get more comments on this jacket by real motorcycle riders than any other jacket in my rapidly expanding collection. I know I like a jacket a lot when I grab it even as I鈥檓 heading out for the night in the Uber, rather than actually riding to the destination, which I鈥檝e done a few times with the Worker.
At a touch over six feet tall, the large Worker fits me perfectly. It鈥檚 quite snug when the zip is done up, and the armor is quite soft so after a little while you don鈥檛 even notice it.
There鈥檚 four outer pockets and another two inside, but as the fit is quite slim you can鈥檛 put a lot of things in them鈥攎ainly wallet, keys and phone. Still, the Worker is a great commuting/around town casual jacket that has shot right to the top of gear I grab on the go.CN
