1.业主是一对年轻的90后夫妻，此次装修属于第一次装修。夫妻及3岁的女儿和父母同住。2.在平面格局上有考虑过要不要保留中空，由于楼上需要两间卧室，在格局上，一楼为生活娱乐空间，开放式厨房和客、餐厅，利用楼梯做了个小玄关。二楼为居住空间。3.业主喜欢干净，明亮的风格感受，所以设计的方向考虑以白色为主。4.厨房呈U型设计，台面操作区域比较大，地面和吊柜都是满满的储物。集成灶下面的是带消毒柜，取代了碗碟拉篮的位置，也有消毒功能，上方的吊柜也可以用来收纳。5.入户玄关，一整面的柜子也进行了分区，第一格是生活日用品的一些存储，第二扇柜门是一个多功能的小型设备间，一些清洁工具。其他地方就是鞋柜了。6.楼梯位置在原始布局中是卫生间区域，在楼梯下面就形成了一个天然的下沉，放一些海洋球，铺上地毯，把“游乐场”搬回家。为了使空间显得更加通透，利用拱形元素，楼梯就像个小小的城堡。7.在成本预算上，沙发是现场砌的，怕小朋友把玩具乱扔，丢到沙发下面的边边角角，不好收拾，沙发是直接落地的。有需要储物的话，可以做成挑空的，下面放收纳盒。8.主卧的床垫直接放在地台上，省去了买床架的钱，还节省了层高。
